The minibus we travelled in was very hot, the aircon wasn’t very good at cooling it down but otherwise the journey was fine.

We booked a Mercedes VIP transfer, it was an old Mercedes Vito and the driver was Excellent! but it took almost 2 hours to get to Marmaris. I suggest the vehicle is replaced, as it wasn't as good as the previous transfers, we will probably go with another company next time.

It was not clear that it asked for the,flight departure- so I filled out when I wanted to leave/ be picked up. That should be clearer because you automatically calculated my pick up time without me, so the driver almost got to me 4 hours before I needed to go! I was glad there was n emergency no and we could change it. Communication was generally very good with the office., the drivers were good too, on my first journey from the airport I had to wait for the drive a long time, there was a problem, but I was only nervous because I was not sure I could trust the company. Now it wouldn’t be as bad, because I know this is a trustworthy and efficient and reasonable company and I will use you in future and will recommend you!
